i got to wake up, this morning everyone in my immediate circle are in relative good health we're not freezing/starving/destitute/dodging bullets i still have the capacity to make things happen, whenever i chose to get off of my ass, and still have my faculties to make sense of all of this mess. there are still some pretty amazing people that i have the opportunity to come into contact with, from some pretty unlikely places Arsenal are top-of-the-table, and still alive in the Champions League i have seen: the world from an open car... and the ocean... the city... the mountains... and what people can do with their minds and hands. there is always music good beer/hot sauce/sashimi and hope and Spring will follow winter and, i will get in the car, leave this empty house, and go feast with people who know me. things are not perfect, they never will be, and it'll be alright. happy birthday, JimiHendrix. |
