i'm dry on the creative writing, for now. but, observations... i'm doing ok. why is it, when you're driving a vehicle of a certain colour, even when you can't see the bodywork of your own, that's when all of the others in traffic are so noticeable? i could never be a politician. not because of my checkered past, or my dubious liberal affiliations, or that i don't care to make a difference, but because i will not ever stand for the haircut. perhaps you know the one: off-the-collar, slightly off-the-ear, stupid dip in the center of the forehead. it's ubiquitous. insipid. off-the-shelf. whitebread. even evangelists try to change it up, a little. the Congressional do-rag.
